  • Can I order for Urgent Shipping?
    Yes, please select the urgent shipping option at your cart page. In urgent shipping, we assure the shipping within 1-4 days excluding the product customisation time (i.e. Normally we take 1-2 days but it may vary according to product).
  • What are the Shipping charges?
    We charge Rs.99 as shipping & handling charges. The same is added to your bill at checkout. If you choose urgent delivery at the checkout than additional Rs. 199 will be added
  • When will I receive my order?
    Normal Shipping - You may receive the order within 3-6 working days. Urgent Shipping - You may receive the order within 1-4 working days. Shipping days will vary as per your address location. The remote area may take longer time as mentioned above.
  • Is shipping days includes product customisation time?
    No, Shipping days are the days which courier company takes to pick the pakage from our warehouse, ship to your city & drop at your door step.
  • What if I didn't receive my order on time under urgent shipping?
    If you didn't get your urgent shipping parcel, than please contact us at +91-8882-664-664 or email us your concern. After concerning with the courier service, we will refund your urgent shipping charges in your crazy craft wallet.
  • Is COD is available?
    No, we don't provide COD facility.
  • What mode of payment do you accept?
    Online Payments - Credit/ Debit Card & Net Banking Offline Payments - Google Pay, Paytm, PhonePay & UPI
  • When will the refund from a cancellation reflect in my account?
    Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receipt of the product by Crazy Crafts, provided goods are received in acceptable condition, as dispatched from our warehouse or receipt of request for cancellation of order. Refund is made to the same mode of order payment.
  • Can I cancel my order?
    Non personalised order can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, applicable only on ready to ship products.   • Can I return or exchange the product?
    Due to hygiene & safety concerns with regards to baby/kids products as well as the personalised nature of majority of the products. Crazy Crafts has a strict no exchanges or return policy across the website. In the event that a product reaches damaged, please email us on support@crazycraft.in or call at +91-8882-664-664 within 24 hours days along with images of the damaged product and we will help you out.
